چکیده
Abstract Longtail tuna is a pelagic fish that has wide distribution from the Java Sea to Natuna or South China Sea. This study aims identified character of population and determine differences in population/stock longtail among stock Sampling was carried out May 2018 April 2019, Pekalongan representing Sea, Pemangkat west Tanjung Pinang east The morphometric measurement consists 20 characters, data standardized by dividing all characters standard length (SL). Principal components discriminant functions analysis employed analyze variables obtain distinguishing identification. Discriminant Analysis see intra inter-population sharing using SPPS ver.16 software. results (PCA) found there are two namely: pelvic fin (PeL) anal (PAF) characters. Canonical subpopulation tuna, which one sub other population.

Development of Formaldehyde Biosensor for Determination of Formalin in Fish Samples; Malabar Red Snapper (Lutjanus malabaricus) and Longtail Tuna (Thunnus tonggol)
Electrochemical biosensors are widely recognized in biosensing devices due to the fact that gives a direct, reliable, and reproducible measurement within a short period. During bio-interaction process and the generation of electrons, it produces electrochemical signals which can be measured using an electrochemical detector. A formaldehyde biosensor was successfully developed by depositing an i...

متن کاملLength frequency, length-weight relationship and catch per unit of effort (CPUE) of Longtail tuna (Thunnus tonggol) and Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) caught by purse seine in Oman Sea
Length frequency, length-weight relationship and catch per unit of effort (CPUE) for longtail tuna and yellowfin tuna in purse seine fishing were studied in Oman Sea between July and August 2015. Length range and mean of longtail tuna were obtained 56-98 and 74.13±0.41 cm, respectively. Length range and mean of yellowfin tuna were obtained 51-128 and 74.62±0.46 cm, respectively. The length-weig...

The purpose of this paper was to detail some important biological aspects of T. tonggol in coastal waters of Hormuzgan Province(Persian Gulf and Oman Sea). A total monthly data of 4383 individuals ranging from 25 to 124 cm fork length were collected from April 2015 to March 2016. The data were analyzed with FiSAT II software using the ELEFAN1 package to estimate the population parameters. Th...
